Parencor was founded on a shared conviction held across two careers in risk, fraud prevention, and the law: that protecting a child's financial identity is an essential part of protecting a family's legacy.

Diane Sacks
Founder
"Every child deserves to step into adulthood with a clean financial slate."
More than 25 years at the intersection of risk mitigation and fraud prevention gave Diane a front-row seat to the evolution of identity crime. Before founding Parencor, she spent more than two decades building and leading identity protection programs. That experience ultimately revealed one critical group had been left behind: children.
Throughout her career, Diane saw the same preventable story unfold. Young adults denied employment, students unable to secure financing, and families discovering years too late that a child's Social Security number had been misused long before anyone thought to protect it.
She founded Parencor to close that gap by giving family offices, wealth managers, and private banks a concierge solution to protect a child's financial identity before it is ever compromised. Because preserving generational wealth begins with protecting the financial foundation every future heir depends upon.

Stacey Garrett Koju
Co-Founder & Legal Advisor
"Because children cannot protect their futures, it is our responsibility to do it for them."
A practicing attorney for more than 30 years, Stacey focuses on complex corporate and nonprofit governance, crisis counseling and investigations, and corporate transactions. She and Diane first worked together at Kroll, a global leader in financial and risk advisory services.
Her conviction is plain: securing a child's Social Security number is among the simplest, most effective ways to ensure they reach their full potential.
